The Bandon Inclusivity Group (BIG) is hosting this workshop to allow folks to interact with local election leaders, non-partisan civic groups, elected officials and concerned citizens. The event will provide the basics of the election process at a local level and information about the responsibilities of the people we elect. We invite and encourage all to attend, whether you are new to voting or have never missed an election. This is an opportunity to brush up on the election process as outlined in our constitution and our local ordinances, and also to seek answers to specific questions or concerns about election procedures in Coos County. Our goal is to foster the democratic process so that all of us can be confident that our voices are heard as we participate in the coming election season.
