Performing Arts Society of Redding Presents: “Pipes and Tubes Through the Ages” displays the king of instruments--organ--as well as trombone quartet.

Organist Joel Thomson honors PAS’ 40th anniversary with works of Bach, Howells, Elgar, Ernst and Franck, showcasing the orchestral colors of the organ.

Organist Ellen Southard plays a duo with trombonist Lloyd Roby.

The appealing sound of the trombone has a long history, from ancient times to the present. NorCal Bone Specialists will demonstrate music from madrigals to jazz! Dr. Chris Ivey, Dr. Paul Young, Paul De Silva, and Dr. Lloyd Roby play works by Morley, Haydn, Beethoven, Wagner, Liszt, Bernstein, and Carmichael.
