Braver Angels is trying to find ways for people on the opposite ends of the political and cultural spectrum to talk to each other civilly and possibly find common ground. Oregon Rural/Urban Project (ORUP) is looking at this from a State of Oregon perspective. We will hold a Town Hall in all 36 counties and listen to the perspectives of residents of each county. We will compile a book of the comments presented by those who attend the town halls and give a copy to every legislator and the governor.
