Event Details:

1. Welcome and Mingling (6:00 PM - 6:15 PM)
- Greet guests as they arrive and offer them their first glass of Malbec.
- Encourage mingling and casual conversation.

2. Informal Wine Tasting Stations (6:15 PM - 7:15 PM)
- Set up tasting stations for each Malbec vintage (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021) around the space.
- Provide tasting cards for guests to jot down their thoughts and guesses about each vintage.
- Introduce the idea of a casual blind tasting but keep it light and fun.

3. Art and Wine Experience (6:15 PM - 7:15 PM)
- Guests can wander through the gallery of Northern Lights photography, wine in hand.
- Bill Saltzstein will be available to chat informally about his work and answer questions.
- Pair each Malbec with a snack prepared by the executive chef, set up at each station.

5. Interactive Component (7:15 PM - 7:30 PM)
- Collect guests' guesses on the Malbec vintages and announce the correct answers.
- Discuss the characteristics of each year’s Malbec in a casual, engaging manner.

6. Closing and Socializing (7:30 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Thank guests for attending and encourage them to continue mingling and discussing their tasting experiences.
- Provide information on purchasing the featured Malbecs and any special offers available for the evening.
