The 36th Lakehead Bunny Festival will be held on Saturday, March 30th, 2024.
A children’s Easter Egg Hunt begins at 9:30 AM at the Shasta Lake Motel located at 20714 Lakeshore Drive. The Bunny Parade along Lakeshore Drive starts at 10:30 AM (all types of entries into the parade are welcomed), followed by a hot dog lunch ($6.00, ages 10 and under Free), auction and raffles, decorated cake judging, and a free carnival of outdoor games for kids – all at the Lions Hall on Mammoth Dr. at Lakeshore Dr. An annual Lakehead tradition held on the day before Easter, rain or shine, all are invited. Proceeds of this fundraising event benefit the community support and improvement activities of the Lakehead Lions Club.
