Enjoy an afternoon of favorite classical piano pieces and jazz performed live by outstanding piano teachers of the Rogue Valley on Saturday, February 4, at 3pm, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 140 N. Oakdale, Medford. Admission is by donation. All proceeds go toward furthering the education of promising music students in our valley. Sponsored by the Rogue Valley Chapter of the Oregon Music Teachers Association, the Joyce Stevens Scholarship Benefit Recital is named in honor of nationally certified teacher Joyce Stevens, formerly of Jacksonville, for her lifelong contribution to the arts in Oregon (and beyond). Alexander Tutunov is among the performers, along with Thor Polson, Pat Daly, Michele Alspach, Isaiah Spratt, Tatsiana Asheichyk and more.
