For our grief to move we must grieve together, in community. The sacred gift of giving and receiving deep listening and care is how we alchemize all we are carrying. You do not have to do this alone. All grief is welcome. Big and small. Heavy and light. Old and new. Grief from losing a loved one to grief of unfulfilled expectations, and everything in between. Come co-create this space with us! Things you are invited to bring, but don't have to:
Offering to the land (tobacco, flowers, water from a special place)
Journal and pen
Comfort items (pillow, blanket, your most comfy slippers)
Things to share with the group (poem, writing, art, photos)
