Friends of the Medford Library will hold its next giant book sale this fall:
Dates: September 9 – 10, 2022
Sale hours: Friday, September 9, from noon to 4:00 pm, and Saturday, September 10, from noon to 3:30 pm.
Location: Medford Library
Customers may leave a donation of their choice and take as many books as they like.

Proceeds of the sale benefit programs at the Medford Library such as lectures, ukulele classes, reading groups, community movies, outreach services, Summer and Winter reading programs, and much more. The Friends also support facility improvements, such as book drops, and children’s activity centers.

Several thousand books will be available at the September sale, including fiction, science fiction, children’s, history, cookbooks, travel, self-help, gardening, decorating, spirituality, biography, coffee table books, holiday, animals, nature, health, and vintage books.

Books are wonderful for personal reading and as gifts, of course. They are also great resources for homeschoolers, teachers, scrapbookers, and artists.

Community support is so crucial to the library. The Friends appreciates the help of our patrons in making the library a vital center in Medford.
