The Southern Oregon Living and Dying Alliance invites the community to attend Community Death Care Workshop on Sunday January 25th from 1:30-4:30 at the Center for Spiritual Living in Grants Pass. Presentations will focus on advanced care planning and preparations for end-of-life decisions like wills, trusts, funeral logistics and Oregon-specific documents such as Advance Directives and POLST forms. Presenters will also introduce the concept and role of a Death Doula, as well as an overview of local resources. A donation of $20 is requested.
