Join us for a beginner Lindy lesson and social dance on Saturday, February 7th at the Phoenix Grange (across from the Phoodery). Accompanying our dance is music ranges from traditional instrumental jazz from the earl 20s, to modern music with a "swing" rhythm.

Our February dance is dedicated to Black History Month in appreciation of those - past and present - who have contributed to art, dance, literature and culture throughout history. Lindy Hop was born of the Harlem Renaissance - a time in America that attests to the incredible promise and resilience of the human spirit.
