2-day Printmaking Workshop w/ Andrew Mullally
$40 covers both classes – only 10 spaces!

August 7th - Relief Carving Class Wednesday @6-8pm
Come learn the basics of relief carving from visiting artist Andrew Mullally. Each participant will receive a piece of linoleum - carving tools, ink and paper will all be provided. Learn how to transfer a drawing to your block, proper use of tools, and everything you need to know to start carving. Participants will have several days to carve their block to completion before returning to the studio to print on our presses!

August 11th - Print Day Sunday @10am-12pm
Artist Talk Sunday @Noon FREE!
Workshop participants will return to the studio Sunday morning to ink and print their blocks and see their images come to life on paper! Both events on Sunday are free and open to the public. Even if you weren’t able to attend the first session / didn't carve a block, come experience the magic of printing anyways! Following our printing session, listen to Andrew’s Artist Talk and hear him speak about his work. You will also have the opportunity to view a selection of his prints in person.
