Challenging assumptions, including your own, in an equity workshop

The wording shifted along the way from "equality" to "equity," but the goal is still the same: put all people on the same footing, regardless of skin color or any other external differences.

Easier aspired to than achieved, but the work continues. Matthew Reynolds teaches workshops to get people in organizations to wrap their minds around biases--their own and those of others--in order to move toward equity for all.

He joins us with details of the process, prior to leading yet another workshop.
