One and done. The Oregon Legislature convened in a special session at the start of this week to take up several pressing problems.

It was basically a 9-to-5 kind of day, with legislators convening in the morning, passing the various bills, and adjourning.

Relief for renters topped the list, with bills also passed on drought relief and support for the campaign against illegal cannabis grows in the region.

Senator Jeff Golden of Ashland is back from Salem to talk about the details of the various bills; he visits with an update.
