Media Matters: Signals & Noise With New Permanent Team

There's ALWAYS something to talk about in a segment on media, and now new people to take part in the discussion.

Our Signals & Noise segment turns over its regular participants this month. We welcome back Chris Lucas from the Southern Oregon University Communication faculty as a permanent member of the team.

And we welcome journalist/TV producer and Humboldt State University Journalism Chair Victoria Sama as our new member.

We discuss topics as disparate as communication law and the best books of the 1830s. Listen to what we can cram into 22 minutes of radio time.
