From trauma comes growth, sometimes.  Concerns about sexual assault in Eugene led to the formation of Warrior Sisters, giving women the self-defense skills to potentially ward off an attacker.

From Eugene, the program has expanded, offering training in cities across the country.

Samantha Krop is a co-founder of the group, and a board member.  She visits with Elizabeth Goward to talk about details of the training women get from Warrior Sisters.
