Day After Thanksgiving | Still In Turkey Coma: 2x Exchange Exemplars

Pixabay

There's still way too much left-over turkey for us to produce a new Exchange.  So we offer a few gems from programs past on this Black Friday (no, we're not shopping).
At 8: a visit to the Memphis studio of Sam Phillips: The Man Who Invented Rock 'n' Roll. Peter Guralnick joined us for this interview, complete with tunes from the time.

At 9: We stick with the musical theme, but skip ahead a few years, to the King of Pop.  Steve Knopper wrote MJ: The Genius of Michael Jackson.  And replaying this interview gives us a chance to catch up on some obscure facts about Michael Jackson's life, plus hear some of his music.
