Marianne Robb and David Rich are retired Arizona Law Enforcement Officers with a combined 59 years of experience. In this lecture and slide presentation delivered live via teleconference, they discuss the nuances of investigating UFOs as law enforcement professionals, including the hurdles that have kept such “official” investigations from occurring.

There are approximately 800,000 law enforcement officers in the United States. They work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are seeing things, and not talking. Officers Robb and Rich are going to tell you why and share with you some of the best UFO cases.

UAP or “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon” is a modern term that includes UFOs. Their mission with their organization “UAP-PD” is to provide insight into what law enforcement officers worldwide who have seen the unexplained and have not spoken about it due to the stigma put on them.

Retired with 34 years as a Police Officer in Arizona, Marianne Robb gained her experience as a patrol officer, detective in arsons, property crimes, narcotics and as a Crime Prevention officer.

In 2015, Marianne joined the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and trained to become a Field Investigator. She is an instructor for the “MUFON Boot Camp” and Annual Symposium teaching Advanced Interview Techniques and Evidence Collection.

What she learned from doing investigations and attending MUFON meetings inspired her to commit to helping find the truth behind the mysterious UFO phenomenon.

Marianne believes that the government and others who are researching this phenomenon are all looking for the same thing- THE TRUTH. She hopes that one day, all of these research groups will work together toward the common goal of uncovering what is going on in our skies.

Now retired after 25 years as a Police Officer in Arizona, David Rich started his career as a patrolman, then as a detective in the Investigations Unit, working gang, homicide, and narcotics cases.

Dave joined the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and worked as a field investigator. He is an instructor for the “MUFON Boot Camp” and Annual Symposium teaching Advanced Interview Techniques and Evidence Collection.
