Fog Holler is a young and energetic bluegrass band with a healthy mix of appreciation for the roots of bluegrass and youthful exuberance to create their own interpretations. They’ve been described as playing “traditional-but-not-traditional” bluegrass. They play plenty of classics, but also include their own songs with a more contemporary message. As upright bass player, Noa (who bows as much or more than strums the big instrument) stated last year: “We’re just modern bluegrass musicians.
