The Meaning of Love: Jocelyn Claire Thomas and Zachary Lenox in Recital

Join all-star classical singers and real-life married couple Jocelyn Claire Thomas and Zachary Lenox for a feast of sumptuous songs, accompanied by pianist Jodi French.

This unique Valentine's concert will take you on a journey from romantic love songs to songs of love for the earth, humanity, and the divine.

The program ranges from Broadway show tunes to classical art song to opera, and features new world premieres by local creators Ethan Gans-Morse, Tiziana DellaRovere, and Michael Silversher.

Zachary Lenox, highlighted as "the star of the night," and Jocelyn Claire Thomas, praised as "staggeringly brilliant," are often engaged with Portland Opera, have performed with the Oregon Symphony, and recently sang the National Anthem for the Portland Trail Blazers.
