Experience the harmonious collaboration of the SOU Wind Ensemble as we proudly present an evening of musical synergy! Join us for a concert featuring several guest soloists, including the remarkable talents of SOU student Kyllian Lecours, the esteemed SOU President Dr. Rick Bailey, and members of the Jefferson Pipe Band. From grooving solos to dynamic ensemble pieces, witness firsthand how beautifully the wind ensemble plays alongside others.

Featured works include a performance of "Each Time You Tell Their Story", by Samuel Hazo. During which Dr. Bailey will serve as our narrator, reciting a poem honoring our nation's service men and women. Kyllian Lecours joins us as a tenor saxophone soloist for the premiere arrangement of Bryan Jeffs' "The Rebel Frog Goes Dancing", a piece originally written for percussion ensemble and adapted specifically to SOU's Wind Ensemble.

Finally, members of the Jefferson Pipe Band take the stage for a rousing rendition of "Steam Train to Mallaig" by Mary-Ann MacKinnon and a stirring performance of Amazing Grace.
