On Saturday, November 9th, my quartet will be joined by a local student musician as part of our "Youth In Jazz" series which affords young jazz musicians an opportunity to perform with an established jazz ensemble. The event takes place at La Baguette, 340 A Street, Ashland and goes from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Admission is free but donations are appreciated.
The quartet consists of Eric Pollard (drums), Tarik Ragab (bass), John Mazzei, and me (trumpet). Our guest musician is Sixten Ljungkvist (tenor sax).
