Lama Tsering Everest will grant us the opportunity to hear and contemplate the fundamental teachings she received from her teacher, Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche. We will use the book "Life in Relation to Death" by Chagdud Rinpoche. This will be an opportunity to reflect on the subject of life and death and a rare occasion to get in touch with and delve into something we will all experience one day.
Lama Tsering Everest is recognized as an emanation of Tara, a holder of the Red Tara lineage, and after her three-year retreat was ordained as a lama by HE Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche. American born, she acted as Chagdud Rinpoche’s translator for 11 years and has been teaching and offering empowerments since the mid-1990s. Lama Tsering is now the resident lama and director of Chagdud Gonpa Odsal Ling in São Paulo, Brazil.
