Cape Arago Audubon Society presents Mike Graybill, scientist and educator. He will discuss the US Dept of Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management and its plans to develop floating, large scale electric power plants. Mr. Graybill will present and overview of the technology and challenges associated with building, installing, maintaining and distributing electricity produced using he winds that blow off our coast.
