This is a climate action purpose SOU Students only competition to inspire creativity as a bridge to resiliency for the community. A yearly student-centered creative competition that invites SOU students to submit original work that reflects climate action, sustainability, environmental justice, and community resilience—through artistic expression. The theme is reflective of the yearly Earthday.org theme and will be updated every year. This Earthday.org-themed competition is currently accepting submissions until April 1st, 11:59 pm. It is accessible on the Usolec Company website. Winners will be announced on April 25th at an online and/or in-person ticketed community event celebrating the works of the students and sharing their impact. April 22nd- 24th will be the showing of the works via website and possibly at a community location for People's Choice voting. Prize to be announced at a later time.

Prize tiers/awards: Student Prize Awards: Winners will receive cash prizes of $100 (1st), $75 (2nd), and $50 (3rd).
