The official motto and mission of the Chamber Players of the Redwoods is "Music you love, played by musicians you know." The concert will include an early string quartet by Joseph Haydn, a contemporary trio for flute, clarinet, and piano, traditional and contemporary chamber works composed for period trumpet and pipe organ, and a 19th century duo for piano and the basset horn, a lesser known member of the clarinet family. Performers include Jenny Scheinman, Julie Fulkerson, Sherry McHurd Hanson, Elizabeth Morrison, Nancy Streufert, Jared Coyle, Dana Christen, Franklin Stover, Justin Ross, Gil Cline, and Avery Alexander.
