Amphibians and Reptiles of the Klamath-Siskiyous
Gain a familiarity with the diversity of amphibians and reptiles in the Klamath-Siskiyou bioregion. An online presentation and discussion period (6/3 @ 6-8 PM) will cover evolutionarily unique species in the region, as well as the need for broad strategies to conserve these organisms and their habitats. Then spend Saturday getting hands-on instruction in the field, exploring river, pond, and terrestrial sites for a myriad of resident amphibian and reptile species. Ages 12+ welcome.
