Thousands of books will be available for the fantastic price of only $2 A BAG at the Friends of the Redwood Libraries sale on Friday and Saturday, July 28 and 29, at the Eureka Library, 1313 3rd Street. Sale hours both days will be from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Friday’s sale is for FRL members only, with memberships available at the door from only $5 for individuals and $8 for families. Saturday’s sale is open to everyone, but remember that for the small price of a membership, you can get an even better chance at all the books.

Because of the tremendous number of books that have been donated in recent months, we have run out of storage space. As a result, many of these have never been offered for sale before. You will find books in all genres -- fiction, non-fiction, and children’s books. There will also be a large selection of media: CDs, both books and music, as well as DVDs. Payment may be by cash or check, and credit cards will be accepted for purchases over $5.00, memberships included.

As always, the proceeds from the sale will benefit the entire Humboldt County Library System. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to support the Library and to stock up on your reading for the summer and fall at unbeatably low prices.
