North Korean Scientists Come Up With 'Amazing' Breakthroughs

RENEE MONTAGNE, HOST:

Good morning, I'm Renee Montagne. North Korean scientists come up with amazing breakthroughs. Last year, it was a vaccine that could cure AIDS, drug addiction and Ebola.
