Rural Lawmakers Reflect On Legislative Session

Earlier this month, the Oregon Legislature ended its tumultuous session. Lawmakers in the democratically-controlled House and Senate tackled issues ranging from reforming pot laws to expanding gun background checks to mandating sick leave.

To hear how the bevy of new laws will affect rural Oregonians, we talk with two rural lawmakers about the wins and losses for their constituents this legislative session.
