Anybody else lost count of the waves of the COVID pandemic?
As summer began, it looked like we could resume party time, in person, even indoors. Now we've got mask mandates back, and that affects events like the arts happenings we talk about at the beginning of each month.
We compile a list, live on the air, in our First Friday Arts segment. It is entirely phone-dependent: arts organizations call 800-838-3760 to publicize their events, and we provide the time for them to do so.
It's not JUST art organizations, though... if you know of an event you did NOT hear on the air, give a call and let the JX audience know.
