Talent Mobile Estates after the Almeda Drive Fire, September 19, 2020.

Most of us tend to contact our insurance companies only when we pay our bills. But thousands of people across the region have been forced to have real conversations with insurance agents, filing claims for losses in this year's destructive fires.

Brad Hilliard of DFR joins us once again to talk about details of the claim-filing process and some things the agency has noticed as the claims come flooding in.
