Summertime Music and Artisan Festival

Summertime Music and Artisan Festival
The lush pastures of Langlois will be the backdrop for the Summertime Music and Artisan Festival. The all-day, outdoor event starts with old-timey and Americana music; followed by Reb and the Good News’ blend of funk and world beat. Headliners The Travelin’ McCourys, a phenomenal Nashville-based bluegrass band, has deep roots in the genre but have also carved out their own contemporary style. To round out the festival, Chicago-based LowDown Brass Band will take the stage with their all-horn sound that blends dancehall and street beat rhythm . . . ensuring a highly danceable “getdown” party.
In addition to the music, artists and artisans from around the region will have their hand-made wares for sale. Vendors will be serving food, beer, and wine. Attendees may also bring a picnic if they choose.
Bring blankets and chairs, spread out on the lawn, and enjoy! Please, NO DOGS. The festival grounds are open from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. More information is available online at summertime2023.eventbrite.com.
