Kickoff of Butler-Perozzi Fountain Restoration Campaign
For over 100 years, the Butler-Perozzi Fountain has been the centerpiece of Lithia Park. After years of deterioration, the Ashland Parks Foundation is kicking off a fundraising campaign on July 4th to restore the beloved fountain and the site on which it sits.
The plans include restoring the fountain and repairing and replacing various elements on the site will be $800,000. The Ashland Parks Foundation hopes to secure the balance through community donations and grants by December 31.
