Beating Cancer With Gene Sequencing

Beating some types of cancer involves thinking small… VERY small. 

Down to the gene level and below, in the case of acute myeloid leukemia, or AML. 

The "Beat AML" team at Oregon Health Sciences University researches how gene sequencing could help interrupt or even stop the growth of AML.  Tricky work, but with a worthy outcome, if all goes well.
