The use of the word "retrenchment" at Southern Oregon University this week is more than euphemism.
The retrenchment process allows the administration to cut programs and faculty without breaking contracts. And SOU needs to make cuts to stay within its budget. University President Mary Cullinan joins us to explain the process ahead and how it will be carried out.
