Homeless And With Old Phone: Isolation Increases

It's hard enough being homeless.  But there are even electronically indignities, like not keeping up with the way the world communicates now. 

A University of California-San Francisco study found that older homeless adults are at the bottom of the digital divide: they have older phones and plans that assign them a new phone number with any upgrades. So the already-existing isolation can be exacerbated.  Lead author Dr. Maria Raven joins us to illuminate the details.
