U of O Prof Gets Patent For Fractal Use

Fractals, those mathematical patterns, are fun to look at. 

And they may also help people with the ABILITY to look. 

University of Oregon physicist Richard Taylor was just awarded a patent for a fractal-based implant designed to help blind people see.  Dr. Taylor joins us with an explanation of his findings.
