Even if we don't get all we want out of life, we should be able to make some choices about how it ends. 

End-of-life directives allow us to have some say in how we are treated medically as death approaches. 

COHO--Choosing Options, Honoring Options--works to ensure people's choices are honored. 

COHO Rogue Valley will offer a public forum next week about blending choices with religious traditions.
