Making A Legislative Case For Tuition Relief

The last couple of decades have been hard on college students. 

The cost of higher education--even at public universities--skyrocketed. 

As a result, average student debt roughly tripled between 1990 and 2010. 

Which is why most sessions of the Oregon Legislature feature a rally by college students in support of tuition breaks. 

Associated Students of Southern Oregon University plan such a rally with other groups at the state capitol on February 12th.
