Cover Oregon Limping Along

Somehow, the state that appeared to be leading the way into a new age of health insurance ended up with the worst website to apply for coverage. 

Cover Oregon is months behind its original schedules, still unable to allow members of the public to buy coverage online, and a factor in this year's elections.  A paper- and insurance agent-based system has allowed people to get coverage after all, but Cover Oregon just extended the deadline for signing up once again. 

We get an update on the system and what might happen in the near future.
