Getting Healthy Together: Community Health Improvement Plans

We are often urged as individuals to work to improve our health. 

But can we all get better together, as a community?  The recent news that childhood obesity has dropped sharply confirms the long-held belief that community health campaigns work.  A Community Health Improvement Plan--yes, you can call it CHIP for short--is just now getting off the ground. 

It's a joint venture in Josephine County, along with Jackson and Curry Counties. 

We visit with the two people working to bring community members together in the cause of good health.
