A year ago, the future of Ashland Community Hospitalwas unclear.
The former city hospital was searching for a hospital group with which to affiliate, and one proposal had fallen through. Last summer the Medford-based Asante group stepped in, and in short order hired its own CEO.
Now that Sheila Clough has been in place for several months, we visit with her about the strategic plan for what is now called Asante Ashland Community Hospital.
