First it was fun, then it was business, then it was education… and now it's an exchange program.
The rapid growth of the wine industry in Southern Oregon led to the creation of the Southern Oregon Wine Institute at Umpqua Community College. And as of this year, SOWI students are trading places with their counterparts in Spain, learning about vineyards and wineries in two different parts of the world.
