A Guide To Considering Local Threats From Climate Change

It's an issue for many of us as individuals: how do we 1) wrap our minds around climate change; 2) how do we take meaningful action.

It's an issue for organizations, too. And that's why Ashland-based GEOS institute, through its ClimateWise program, works with local governments and civic organizations to prepare Climate Vulnerability Assessments.

Lane County is one of many local governments that worked through the process, in conjunction with Eugene-based Beyond Toxics. We get an overview of the partnership from GEOS Executive Director Tonya Graham and Haley Case-Scott of Beyond Toxics.
