Jonathan Mooney says there is no "good normal"

Maybe you're one of those people who tried for years or even decades to fit in, to feel "normal."

That status is not all it's cracked up to be, certainly in the thinking of Jonathan Mooney. He was consigned to special education and "the short bus" in his childhood, but overcame his learning challenges and graduated from Brown University with his first book written.

Mooney comes back to the subject of NOT fitting in, in Normal Sucks: How to Live, Learn, and Thrive, Outside the Lines.
