California is fully reopened from the pandemic, and Oregon is getting close. Maybe it's not quite sweaty-dance-party time yet, but arts events are beginning to happen once again.
The lights are going up on more stages for more events, indoors and out. So it's ALMOST a regular atmosphere as we observe the first Friday of July with our First Friday Arts segment.
