When the daily high temperature gets about 40 degrees above freezing, we can start feeling like frost is behind us. Not so!

Frost in the Medford area can show up as late as May, despite daytime highs well above 70. That's one thing we've learned in our now-weekly visits with Lynn Kunstman from Jackson County Master Gardeners.
