The Produce Items Most Likely To Come With Pesticides

Even the Mayo Clinic refers to kale as a "nutrition superstar," packed with goodies for the body. But the methods used to grow kale can have a negative effect on your health.

Kale shows up among the top three items (after strawberries and spinach) in the "Dirty Dozen" list of produce items carrying pesticides. The Environmental Working Group puts out the list.
