CalMatters Gives An Overview Of This Year's Props

The high number of Californians voting at home this year at least gives them comfort and time to fill out a ballot. They'll need the time, especially if they vote on all TWELVE of the statewide propositions on the ballot.

Bonds, taxes, voting rights, and housing are among the issues addressed by the measures. The nonprofit, nonpartisan newsroom at CalMatters has taken the measure of each of the props.
