Update 5/3/2019 | 8:30 am -- Service will continue to experience interruptions as we adjust to our new equipment.

Update 5/3/2019 | 8:30 am -- After switching from our T1 line to a satellite, we have discovered the new equipment has inadequate capacity to carry our signal. A second satellite will be installed this Friday and our engineers will travel to the site next week to complete setup. 

Update 5/3/2019 | 8:30 am -- Another issue is affecting KPMO. Our engineers are looking into it and will restore service as soon as possible. 

Update 6/17/2019 | 9:30 am -- Our service will continue to experience interruptions while we actively work to resolve issues with our equipment.

Update 6/14/2019 | 9:00 am -- Our engineers are travelling to the site early this afternoon to diagnose the issue. They will return to the site early next week to begin repairs.

Both JPR services in Eureka are experiencing issues due to a utility outage earlier today. After power was restored, our internet service failed to come back. We will restore service as soon as possible.

Update 3/11/2019 | 10:30 AM -- Our engineers were able to get back to the site on Friday to assemble and install a new antenna section on the tower, which enabled us to raise the power of the station further and improve its reach significantly.

Update 7/11/2018 | 9:00am -- Our engineer continues to work to return all our services to normal. These are the issues we are currently aware of:

Online: Some programming is interrupted by static.

Classics & News:  In some regions the programming is airing at a higher volume than the announcements.
